Daymion handles nonmedical program questions and founder support. Medication, dose, symptoms, side effects, interactions, treatment changes, and urgent concerns belong with the licensed medical team through the secure patient portal. Emergency concerns require emergency services.

A licensed provider determines whether treatment is appropriate and which medication and dosage, if any, should be prescribed.

Confirm payment and begin onboarding

If approved, payment is captured, monthly pharmacy fulfillment begins, and CMH schedules your founder kickoff before the next available class.

Frequently asked questions

The short version.

What if the program is not right for me?

Give the program a real try for the first 14 days. If it still is not right for you, you can request a refund during your active 90-day Sprint. Refunds can cover eligible program services and medication that has not shipped; medication already accepted by the carrier and completed Sprints are not refundable. Read the full Refund Policy.

Is medication or a particular outcome guaranteed?

No. A licensed provider reviews the secure medical intake and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Concordia Men's Health does not guarantee approval, medication, dose, continuation, or a particular result.

Do I have to book a call to join?

No. The contact form redirects directly to the secure health assessment. If you want help understanding the program, pricing, or enrollment process, the Concordia Men's Health team is here to help you over a quick call.

Is this fitness coaching?

No. The program provides a structured roadmap, general education, accountability, community, and focused check-ins. It does not provide daily food policing, medical advice, individualized treatment decisions, or unlimited workout programming.

What does direct founder access mean?

During Sprint 1, you may send Daymion non-medical program questions through the approved private support channel. He personally responds, generally within one business day. The channel is not monitored for emergencies or clinical questions. You can ask those questions directly through your patient portal.

What happens after the first 90 days?

You complete a sprint review, unlock the Concordia Men's Health Commons, and may begin another 90-day sprint if you continue. Subsequent sprints include an updated roadmap, member-success support, community access, and a founder planning or review session every 90 days. If you choose not to participate in a new sprint, you can still remain a part of the community at a lower price - reach out to Daymion for details.

How do monthly classes work?

A new first-sprint class begins on the 1st of each month. Enrollment closes seven days before kickoff or when the available seats are filled. Your original class identity remains part of your member profile, even as you complete future sprints.

What medical information belongs in the community?

Do not use the community or contact form for medical details. Medication, dose, symptoms, side effects, interactions, and treatment questions belong in the medical intake form or secure patient portal with the licensed medical team.

When is my card charged?

The actual charge is captured only after a licensed provider reviews your intake, approves treatment, and prescribes. If treatment is not approved and prescribed, the actual charge is not captured.
